Free Non Disclosure Agreement Download
Whenever I undertake any business which involves confidentiality issues I always get the third party to sign a non disclosure agreement or otherwise known as a confidentiality agreement; and my rule is this: If they do not sign it, I do not do business with them, NO EXCUSES!
I have trusted a lot of people in the past (including friends and family) that have taken my ideas or information and benefited from it themselves.
