Payment Protection Insurance Or PPI Sold By Legal And Financial Claims
This is now my second post in relation to Legal and Financial Claims. This Company seeked claims against the banking industry for unlawful credit card agreements and also payment protect insurance (PPI).
Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), or Accident, Sickness and Unemployment Cover (ASU) has been sold alongside credit agreements for years.
Whether you have a Secured Personal Loan, a Credit Card, Hire Purchase Agreement or Mortgage the purpose of this insurance was to ensure loan repayments were paid if you were unable to work through illness, made unemployed or become incapacitated.
It has been found that many policies were miss-sold. If you can answer yes to one of the following questions then you may have been miss-sold PPI and could possibly be due thousands of pounds compensation.
- Were you pressured into taking PPI?
- Did you increase or top up the loan, with the PPI added automatically?
- Were you told taking PPI would increase the chances of you getting the loan approved?

To further update any people affected by this matter; it is now believed that this Company has not been bought out as the answer message would have you believe, but has instead been placed into administration.
